Products and Services

Good Work Career Consulting (GWC) provides career development services to individuals, educational institutions, and businesses. These products may be in-person, online, or in writing.

Orders and Payment

For individuals, payment will be by invoice at time of booking. Tailored products for educational institutes and businesses will be quoted first and payment made on invoice. To discuss other payment arrangements, please contact us at

Delivery of products

Delivery of coaching services will be in-person or by Zoom. Delivery of documents or web products will be by email unless otherwise stated.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations of appointments may be done up to 24 hours before the booking. Refunds will be made by bank transfer, unless otherwise stated. For services in writing, such as Career Research reports, refunds will not be provided after the product has been received. If you are dissatisfied with the product received, please contact us at as we aim to meet expectations for all clients.

Every effort is made to provide up to date and accurate information. In some cases, there may not be clear, accurate, timely, relevant information available, and in those cases, a transparent professional interpretation is made. Where there are concerns around currency or accuracy of information, this will always be made clear to clients.
