Important Information

What are the program details?

Mentoring is about structure as much as it’s about support.

Kick-off Career Direction Session – 90 minutes: We’ll work through what you want to accomplish and create an action plan to keep you accountable. This includes everything in our standard Career Direction session.
Monthly Check-ins – 30 minutes: Regular phone or Zoom calls to ensure you’re on track, troubleshoot challenges, and adjust your plan as needed.
1:1 Coaching Sessions – 60 minutes: Deeper dive sessions for complex decisions, skill development, or strategy work. Available in-person or via Zoom.
Unlimited Email Support: Sometimes you just need to ask a question or get quick feedback. I’m here for you between sessions.

What's NOT included

Career Mentoring focuses on guidance and accountability. The following services are available separately:

Written feedback on resumes or application documents
Career assessments (values, motivated skills)
Full LinkedIn profile review
